Arbuckle Cabinets is owned by Affinity and supplies high end cabinets primarily for residential remodels. This position is to work for Arbuckle.

Cabinet Installer / Builder

Who we Want

We are looking for a specific personality type for our Cabinet Installers / Builder, fast paced and task oriented with high quality standards. You'll need at least five years of experience, and a provable track record of quality work.

What we Want

Cabinet Installers/Builders are primarily responsible for installing cabintes after they are manufactured in the shop, doing finish work after rough-in, and building cabinets at the shop when install work is not available. You will work under the direction of Arbuckle's Production manager and Floor Manager.

Must Haves:

- 5+ years building/installing high end cabinets (must be high end cabinets, kit cabinets do not count)

- Reliable transportation that can carry necessary tools

- Clean driving record

- Ability to pass a drug screening

Ideal Qualifications 

- Experience doing cabinet finish work (ie. crown, trim work, coping, installing glass in doors, and the like)

- Experience in building high-end custom cabinets

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong relational skills

- Candid and effective communication skills

-  High quality standards

- Ability to lift heavy cabinet boxes, carrying them up stains and through narrow openings

  6. 2nd Round Interview w/ Arbuckle Management

  7. After the initial hire, there will be a 60 day trial period to allow us to see if you’re a good fit and for you so see if you want to continue in the position.

Salary and Benefits

Pay:  $20 - $25 BOE
